Customer Satisfaction is our priority. Upon receipt, your item is found to have a manufacturer defect, the product must be returned to PediatRx Sock Solutions with proof of purchase. After inspection, if product is deemed defective, it will be replaced free of charge.
The warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from excessive use, abuse or mishandling.
